# Institutions of One — Cycle 01 attorney-review index

## Purpose and review boundary

This private gallery contains 14 source-backed visual packages comprising exactly 118 slides. It is provided solely for legal review. Material labeled **ATTORNEY REVIEW ONLY**, **REVIEW HOLD**, or **NOT CLEARED** is intentionally visible so that counsel can evaluate the proposed use.

Nothing in the gallery, downloads, or an APPROVE decision by itself authorizes publication. Publication remains closed until the applicable rights, trademark, likeness, attribution, editorial, accessibility, and owner-approval gates are separately completed.

## Access and navigation

1. Open the private Vercel review link supplied by RN. Open that root link first so the protected-access session can begin; then follow it to the Cycle 01 gallery.
2. The link expires at the exact timestamp stated in RN's message (a 23-hour Vercel access window). Anyone possessing the link can access the protected preview during that window; do not forward it. If it expires before review is complete, ask RN for a new link.
3. Review packages in order, **P01 through P14**. Each package page contains the complete slide artwork, evidence and claim sources, tools and interactives, asset status, captions, credits, alt text, proof limits, and a printable decision sheet.
4. Use **Downloads** in the gallery navigation when a local file is preferable.

Do not forward the protected link or downloaded review materials without RN's authorization.

## Downloads

The download center verifies the byte count and SHA-256 before saving each assembled master file.

- `INSTITUTIONS_OF_ONE_CYCLE01_MASTER_118.pdf` — fastest complete 118-slide read-through.
- `INSTITUTIONS_OF_ONE_CYCLE01_EDITABLE_118.pptx` — editable 118-slide presentation for comments or proposed wording changes.
- `I1-CYCLE01-118-PNG.zip` — all 118 full-resolution PNG slides.
- `SOURCE_BUNDLE.zip` — canonical source bundle and referenced media binaries.
- Package PDFs are exposed as sequential parts: `P01-A.pdf`, `P01-B.pdf`, `P01-C.pdf`, continuing through P14. P12 also contains `P12-D.pdf`. Review all parts for the selected package.
- `P01-web-slides.zip` through `P14-web-slides.zip` — package-specific review images.
- `master-slide-manifest.csv` — slide ledger containing captions, credits, source URLs, rights states, proof limits, and asset hashes.

## Decision workflow

Record one recommendation for every package:

- **APPROVE** — the reviewed claim treatment and the specifically identified asset route may proceed to the next internal gate.
- **CHANGE** — identify the exact slide, claim, wording, credit, crop, asset, territory, term, attribution, or limitation that must change.
- **HOLD** — the identified use must not proceed until the stated issue is resolved.

On each package page, use the **Decision record** form. Nothing is selected or approved by default. Record:

1. Package ID: P01–P14.
2. Recommendation: APPROVE, CHANGE, or HOLD.
3. An APPROVE, CHANGE, or HOLD decision for each listed slide and asset, with item-specific notes or conditions where needed.
4. Review scope and conditions or limitations, including any crop, attribution, territory, term, placement, medium, or platform limits.
5. Reviewer name, email, organization, decision date, and attestation.

The form saves each package automatically in the current browser and device and restores it when you return. Browser storage is not a submission: clearing browser data removes the saved record, and records do not follow you to another browser or device.

After completing each package, the form displays **Complete and ready to return**. Structured export remains blocked until the package recommendation, every listed slide and asset decision, reviewer name, reviewer email, review date, and attestation are complete. Then select **Download JSON** or **Download CSV**. This creates `I1-P##-attorney-review.json` or `I1-P##-attorney-review.csv`. Reply to the verified email thread with all 14 exported JSON or CSV files. **Print / save PDF** is available as a readable copy, but JSON or CSV is the required structured return. The export runs entirely in the browser; it does not change the gallery, rights records, publication state, or any backend account.

An approval for one package, asset, or crop does not clear a substitute image, different crop, excerpt, logo, likeness, interface capture, territory, medium, or term. Silence is not approval. Any unspecified item remains on HOLD.

## Special record note

P03 contains two distinct records: the available regenerated 16,053-byte export and the unavailable legacy 16,050-byte identity. The regenerated file evidences its own export state; it is not a byte-identical recovery of the legacy file.
